Shipping charges (Pan India)

• For all orders containing sunglasses, wallets, belts, footwear, small accessories, clothing and small sized bags and clutches, we charge Rs. 350 as a flat shipping fee Pan India
• For all orders containing medium to large sized bags, shoes with boxes etc. we charge Rs. 550 as a flat shipping fee Pan India

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available at an additional 2.5% of the order value
• COD availability is dependant on serviceability at the delivery PIN code. If COD is unavailable for your PIN code, we will assist you with the alternate payment options

Private Viewing (Mumbai)

• Private viewing is available only in Mumbai
• A flat fee of Rs. 500 applies
• This fee is non-adjustable and non-refundable, even if a purchase is made during the viewing

Order Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• Orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase
  (Weekends and public holidays excluded)
• Delivery timeframes vary based on courier network and destination
