Terms & Conditions:
- A return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Beyond this period, returns are not accepted for any reason other than an authenticity concern.
- Items must be returned unused, unaltered, and in the exact condition received, including dust-bags, authenticity cards, tags, fillers, and original packaging.
- The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to our Pune office. The item must be safely packaged and insured. (Labelcentric is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.)
- Items purchased via Private Viewing, Auction, Layaway, Sale, or those marked Final Sale, are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Returns outside the 3-day window may be accepted at Labelcentric’s sole discretion and will be refunded as store credit only
Refunds & Fees:
We are a small curated luxury resale boutique. Every return requires re-authentication, repackaging, re-listing, photography, and administrative time.
To cover these operational expenses a Return & Handling Fee of ₹1,000/- applies to each return.
Additionally:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- COD fee is non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed via bank transfer / UPI within 7 business days after the item passes quality check.
Most items at Labelcentric are preloved. We make every effort to show accurate photos and descriptions. We encourage you to:
- Review images/videos carefully
- Check measurements and condition details before purchasing
As a reseller of authenticated pre-owned luxury goods, items are sold as-is with no warranty from the original brand.
