We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us within 3 days of receipt of the item/s, for a prompt refund.

Terms & Conditions:
- Refund is offered, provided the request for return of the item/s is made via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, within a maximum period of 3 days from receipt of the items/s.
- If no request for return is received within the aforesaid period of 3 days, then in that event LabelCentric shall neither be liable to accept the item/s nor refund any amount whatsoever, irrespective of the reason for the return, other than any claims against the authenticity of the item/s.
- Please package the return items securely, preferably using the original shipping box. Items must be in the same condition as received, including all the original packaging and enclosed materials.
- The security tag attached to your items must be intact to receive a full refund. If you attempt to remove the security tag or the original tags on the items, a return will not be accepted.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
- Labelcentric will arrange for a reverse pick-up via its courier partners. Our team will be in touch with you for the same.
- Occasionally, there may certain items displayed on the Website which shall be non-returnable, and in such cases, the same shall be made clear on the Website.
- Returns outside of the time frames described above may be accepted at the sole discretion of LabelCentric and may only be refunded as a store credit.
- Items purchased via a private viewing and the layaway program are non-returnable.
- Refunds are processed through bank transfer, irrespective of the original mode of payment.
- Refunds are processed within 21 days after we receive the product and complete our condition checks.
- Please take care of packing/protecting the items you are returning. We accept no responsibility for items that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, so we, therefore, recommend that you package the items carefully.
- For items purchased via COD, the COD fee paid by the buyer is non-refundable.
- For items purchased via the Payment Gateway, the transaction fee of 2.5% is non-refundable.
- For items up to Rs. 5,000/-, a return and refund fee of Rs. 500/- will be charged, to cover handling and shipping charges.
- For items above Rs. 5000/- and within Rs. 20,000/-, a return and refund fee of Rs. 1,000/- will be charged, to cover handling and shipping charges.
- For items above Rs. 20,000/-, a return and refund fee of Rs. 2,000/- will be charged, to cover handling and shipping charges.
Please note that most of the items that we sell have been previously owned. We include very detailed images and give accurate written descriptions of the items. We request you to pay particular attention to the sizes and measurements. To help avoid you having to deal with returns, please review both, the description and photos.
As a re-seller of previously owned luxury goods, we sell as is, and do not provide a “warranty” of the workmanship of the brand.
