CONSIGNMENT

Consignment is when you give your items to us to be sold and receive a portion of the sale price after we sell and deliver the item.

We welcome gently used authentic luxury handbags, shoes, sunglasses, and small accessories. Please review the designer directory to view which designers we accept. We handle all the details of the transaction, from photography to returns.

Our Commission:

Labelcentric charges commission depending on the selling price of an item:
•40% for the first 20,000/- Rupees
•25% for the amount above 20,000/- Rupees

Payment to You:

Labelcentric agrees to pay proceeds from the sale of the consigned merchandise within 7 business days of receipt by the buyer.

Return of Items:

We will keep your item for a minimum period of 90 days.

You may choose to end the agreement at any point , subject to a 7 day notice period and a handling fee of Rs 1500/- per item . This is to cover our costs of authentication , photography and marketing. The pickup of such items has to be arranged by you at your cost.

If an item remains unsold after 90 days, we will contact you to discuss keeping it available for sale at a reduced price or returning the item to you at our cost.

Authentication:
We take authentication very seriously and deal exclusively with 100% authentic styles. We will not accept anything that is not authentic.

Counterfeit Items:

If the item you send us is determined to be counterfeit/fake, Labelcentric will charge Rs 1500/- authentication fee per item. The fee needs to be paid on the return of your item.The pickup of such items also has to be arranged by you at your cost.

Sale of Consigned Merchandise:
•Labelcentric agrees to professionally photograph and write copy for the consigned merchandise and list it for sale on the website, www.labelcentric.com.
•Labelcentric guarantees authenticity of every item offered for sale. Therefore, you warrant the consigned merchandise to be authentic. In the event that we determine the merchandise to be counterfeit, you agree to cover the expense to have the merchandise returned to you.
•You warrant that you are in legal possession of the consigned merchandise.
•Labelcentric will make every attempt to obtain the highest possible selling price for the consigned merchandise, but shall have full control on pricing the item . Items will not however, be priced without your consent.
•Labelcentric only offers minor cleaning and does not offer stain removal or color restoration.
•Labelcentric reserves the right to decline merchandise for consignment at their discretion.
Loss or Damage:

Upon delivery, Labelcentric shall maintain adequate insurance coverage for the consigned merchandise including risks of fire, flood, theft, and damage.
